All scheduling may be completed online. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment then you may select ‘Pay Later’ or ‘Pay Now’. If you have questions, need help locating the building etc, please text 803-560-3113

There is one designated parking spot in the lot behind our building marked 1533. Please enter via Pickens Street. Street parking is also available but avoid the 30 minute spots out front during lunch hours 11:00am-2:30pm. Our front door may be locked so please check the knob, knock then text that you’re at the door!

We understand life happens and things change. Please change or cancel your appointment online as early as possible to allow time for another client to book in your place.
Appointments may be changed online or cancelled up to 36 hours prior. Any cancellations after must be done via text or email with a confirmation response from Pêche. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment may be subject to a charge equaling 50% of the service or kept from pre-payment. No shows will be charged the full amount of service, and will be unable to rebook until payment is made.
Please call or text 803-560-3113 if you have had fever, cough, aches, chills or flu like symptoms within 72 hours of appointment.
Multiple late cancellations may also result in refusal of future booking. Late cancellations of packages may result in loss of a service from package.
Please text 803-560-3113 if you are running late - appointments will need to be rescheduled if you will be more than 15 minutes late.

Cash, Venmo and all major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks and traveler checks are not accepted. Gift cards are only valid for one year after purchase but do not Include gratuity. If paying with a gift card, a credit card will be required at booking to hold the appointment.
Please note that service prices do not include gratuity. While 15-20% is much appreciated, it is not required.

Pêche Skin Co. has a 72-Hour Fever & Symptom-Free Policy:
For the safety of staff and clients, we ask that any clients experiencing fever, cold/flu-like symptoms, digestive issues, rash, chills or aches to reschedule at a later date.
We require all clients to be fever and symptom-free for 72 hours (3 days) before coming to the studio. If you develop a fever or symptoms in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment, please contact us immediately to reschedule.
Clients who refuse to abide by this policy may be refused service and Pêche Skin Co., reserves the right to refuse additional services in the future.
We will continue to comply with federal, state and local guidelines regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.

Come relax with us! Our space is shared with a massage therapist so please refrain from cell phone usage, loud talking or disruptive noise in the building. Please turn phones to silent and we ask that you avoid using them during services if possible. Service end times will not be adjusted due to delayed starting times for phone use or late arrival.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the building - school aged children or infants in carriers are welcome but the building is not safe for roaming toddlers due to stairs and breakables.

All services and gift card sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchase, we can accept returns for studio credit or exchange up to 10 days after purchase as long as product is in its original packaging.

We take sanitation very seriously and strictly follow all federal, state and local guidelines regarding proper disinfection, sanitation and storage of tools, implements and surfaces. We use EPA regulated cleaning solutions in service areas and throughout the studio.
Please help us keep our studio clean by avoiding eating in the business, wiping sinks/handles after use to keep them dry, washing/sanitizing hands after bathroom use.

We are committed to protecting your privacy, including your credit card information, address, phone numbers, and email addresses as well as other information shared in appointments. We will never share or sell private or contact information to other parties.
Please note, there are security cameras on site both outside and in common areas but never in private service rooms or restrooms.We are by appointment only so please do not enter the building unless you have an appointment.
